Are you sick and tired of getting rejected by the next person you call? Is the next person also going to reject your generous proposal to join you as a business partner in your network marketing opportunity?

If you are on the verge of giving up, please think again! In order to succeed in Network Marketing, you need to understand two things. Firstly, you need to develop persistence and a never-say-die attitude. Secondly, you must realize that Network Marketing is a numbers game.

Let's examine this so called numbers game.

In life, there are three types of people.

- Those that will join you no matter what you say or do (yes, these network marketing prospects DO exist in this world).

- Those that will NOT join you no matter how you beg, cajole, plead or threaten. Just let go of these people because they are not destined to join you in your network marketing business or partake in your success.

- There are also people who may or may not join you depending on how you pitch your offer to them.

You see, there is no such thing as a written sign on a person's head signaling you that that person is your next downline superstar. We are not fortune-tellers. The more we try and predict who will join and who won't join, the more we drive ourselves insane predicting the outcome. The goal is to never be attached to the outcome. just keep going on.

People who succeed in network marketing will tell you stories of how they have gone from one corner of the earth to another just to find the right downlines. In reality, you only need 5 or 6 leaders in your team to achieve financial freedom. But you might need to prospect at least 500-1000 people in order to achieve it.

Do you know what is most exciting about those 500-1000 people?

You don't need to care if the other 495 or 995 people join you or not. All you need are 5 or 6 people. Does this encourage you to keep on keeping on? Will it matter to you that the other 495 ignore you if you will eventually find 5 out of 500? That's what a numbers game is all about. You don't need to be attached to the outcome. If you are too attached to the outcome, you will fail because your intention is not very clear in network marketing.

Just go as fast as you can to gather the 500 to 1000 prospects and you will succeed as quickly as possible, so don't give up!
